Creating Tessellation Graph Paper

Objective: Use GeoGebra to create tessellation graph paper(s). These graph papers will be
used to aid you you in the creation of your Tessellation Art Project.
- Go to http://www.geogebra.org/webstart/geogebra.html to load a web-based applet version of GeoGebra.
- Go to the View menu and unselect the "Axes" and "Algebra View" options. You should now have just a blank window to work with.
- Use GeoGebra to create dynamic graph paper using parallelograms as an underlying
tessellation. It will look something like this:
Remember to hide the points and then you can use the properties box to change the Style of
all the segments to dashed lines. Note: Yours need not have as many tiles, but make sure it
covers your screen.
- Use GeoGebra to create dynamic graph paper using kites as an underlying tessellation.
