We are no longer actively developing this wiki. Pages that claim to have restricted access are open to everyone now (i.e. homework solution pages). Until the day this moves to WikiBooks, we aren't giving out accounts unless you really want to get involved.
If you are an instructor teaching a course entirely or partly from this book, we would still love to hear from you! Write to Bryan or Anneke and say hello.
