EscherMath talk:Resources

I'm curious why this page is now moved into EscherMath: namespace. It's caused the navigation menu link to be a redirection, so either we should move this back or fix the nav.

Actually, it kind of does make sense that non-book content pages be moved out of the main namespace. But we should be consistent, which means things like the Style Guide and Policies_and_Guidelines_for_Editors should also go somewhere else.

This page, though, probably should live in the Instructor namespace, except we don't want to do that because it's protected from public view. Probably EscherMath is a reasonable place for them.
