I don't like the change of order. For me, at least, classification is the main theme of the course, and it makes sense to me to lead the book with it. It gives a sense of grandeur that's totally missing if page #1 is "this is a triangle".

It also gives a little bit of structure to the triangle and polygon sections. We can present what amount to boring definitions the students more or less know, but do it while saying "classification".

I think maybe the bit about classifying fractions and classifying triangles in the plane was what bugged you? I've never done either of those in class, so maybe they should just disappear. For now, I've stuck them at the end and reworded the classification section slightly to lead right into triangles.

I like Classifications at the top.

I changed the Reciprocals section, rewording for greater clarity.
