Talk:Tessellation Art Project Grading Rubric

I think the points are fine, but as I'm grading projects I want to count the various sections differently. How about we delete the sectional point totals? That gives more flexibility in weighting the sections, while still leaving a numeric score. In particular, I'm going to count points for sketching as double, and points for the written part as half. Pagebreaks

Not sure how important this is, but if you print at 97% the text breaks very nicely. --Barta 09:00, 16 October 2007 (CDT)

It's no longer important - there is now a new template called Pagebreak that can break printable versions wherever needed, so this page now breaks well all the time. Bryan 10:44, 27 October 2010 (CDT)

Instructor Notes

This is not the only possible assignment of points one might want to use. The sketches might be a place where one might want to add more weight.

I used some extra credit for those who did truly exceptional work. I had a couple of students who did a very nice job :) --Barta 14:53, 18 October 2007 (CDT)

Moving to a single rubric with points on it. Instructors can choose to use different scoring or ignore, so might as well unify the page. Bryan 23:12, 2 March 2008 (CST)
