Talk:Wallpaper Symmetry Exploration

This needs some work, IMHO:

• It needs a high quality printable version.
• It should probably be split into pieces: One where they mark the lattice, one where they mark symmetries and one where they identify symmetry groups.
• Pattern E is just stupid hard, and needs a replacement.

This needs to be cut down so it can be done in one class period. The plan is to drop the last part, with Escher's sketches, and instead have students continue from this exploration to Escher's Wallpaper Groups Exploration. Both still need some work. Bryan 02:20, 10 February 2012 (CST)
